Odd Couple‘s Garrett and Wilkof to Host Gypsy of the Year

Brad Garrett and Lee Wilkof, co-stars of The Odd Couple, will host the 17th annual Gypsy of the Year competition, which will take place at the Neil Simon Theatre (250 West 52nd Street) on Monday, December 4 at 4:30pm and Tuesday, December 5 at 2pm. All proceeds from the competition and ticket sales will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
The much-beloved yearly talent show is the culmination of six weeks of fundraising during which company members of Broadway and Off-Broadway shows engage in a friendly competition to see which production can raise the most money for BC/EFA. Awards are given for the most money raised and for the best presentation.
Gypsy of the Year tickets range in price from $20 to $350. They can be purchased online at www.Broadwaycares.org, in person at BC/EFA (65 West 46th Street, Suite 1300), or by calling 212-840-0770. If tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the door on the day of the event.
