Adam Pascal, who has starred on Broadway in Jonathan Larson’s Rent and the Elton John-Tim Rice musical Aida, will celebrate the release of his second solo CD Civilian at Joe’s Pub, located in The Public Theater at 425 Lafayette Street, on November 13 and 27 at 7pm. (Doors will open at 6pm.) Titled Civilian, the new rock album is inspired by Pascal’s children and by the effects of the terrorist attacks of 9/11/01 on his family and the world.

The recording is a follow-up to Pascal’s debut CD on the Sh-K-Boom label, Model Prisoner. Sh-K-Boom released Civilian on November 2; both discs are available online (click here) and in record stores.

Tickets to the Joes Pub performance are $20. They can be purchased by phone at 212-239-6200, online by clicking here, or at the box office (Tuesday through Saturday from 1pm to 7:30pm, Sunday and Monday from 1pm to 6pm).
