New York Yankees Great Yogi Berra Joined the Cast of Off-Broadway's Bronx Bombers on Opening Night

Baseball legend Yogi Berra and his wife, Carmen, joined the cast of off-Broadway's Bronx Bombers for opening-night festivities on Tuesday, October 8. Eric Simonson's play, produced by Primary Stages at The Duke on 42nd Street, stars Richard Topol as Berra, who must deal with the aftermath of a dugout fight between player Reggie Jackson (Francois Battiste) and manager Billy Martin (Keith Nobbs). The company also includes Chris Henry Coffey, Bill Dawes, Christopher Jackson, Wendy Makkena, John Wernke, and C.J. Wilson.
