In Rehearsal With Dan Lauria, John Bolton, and the Cast of A Christmas Story, The Musical

The Tony Award-nominated musical is about to embark on an East Coast tour.

The cast members of the three-time Tony Award-nominated musical A Christmas Story offered a preview of the acclaimed production's upcoming East Coast tour at their rehearsal studio on Thursday, October 31. Featuring a score by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, a book by Joseph Robinette, choreography by Warren Carlyle, and direction by John Rando, the musical is inspired by the classic film of the same title and by the writing of humorist Jean Shepherd.

Reprising their roles from the 2012 Broadway engagement are Dan Lauria as Jean Shepherd, John Bolton as The Old Man, Erin Dilly as Mother, Caroline O'Connor as Miss Shields, and Pete and Lily as the Bumpus Hounds.

They are joined by Jake Lucas as Ralphie, Eli Tokash as Ralphie at certain performances, Noah Baird as Randy, Charlie Babbo, Gabriella Baldacchino, Hannah Isabel Bautista, Charissa Bertels, Tanya Birl, Beada Briglia, Judae'a Brown, Michael Crispi, Andrew Cristi, Mathew DeGuzman, Thay Floyd, Nick Gaswirth, Lizzie Klemperer, Jose Luaces, Mara Newbery, Alexa Niziak, Lindsay O'Neil, David Scott Purdy, Keven Ryan Quillon, Lucas Schultz, Mitchell Sink, Luke Spring, Jenny Lee Stern, and Nicky Torchia.

A Christmas Story will play Hartford's Bushnell from November 12-17, Boston's Wang Theatre from November 20-December 8, and New York's Theater at Madison Square Garden from December 11-29.
