Anthem to Conclude Off-Broadway Run

The Ayn Rand-inspired production will have played 13 previews and 32 performances.

Anthem will conclude its off-Broadway run at The Baryshnikov Arts Center Center on November 3. The production, based on the Ayn Rand novel of the same name, will close after 13 previews and 32 performances. The production opened on September 25.

Adapted and composed by Jeff Britting, Anthem tells the story of a young man who is born into a futuristic world that has taken away his individuality. The production features Matthew Lieff Christian, Lelund Durond Thompson, Tina Johnson, Sofia Lauwers, Sarah Walker Thornton, and Alex Teicheira.

Anthem features direction by Ann Ciccolella, set design by Kevin Judge, costume design by Theresa Squire, lighting design by Jason Amato, and sound design by Anthony Mattana.
