Ted Sperling will direct the event, with musical direction by Mary-Mitchell Campbell. It will celebrate and support The Public Theater's recent revitalization of its downtown home at Astor Place.

According to the Public, Perfectly Marvelous is a celebration of the score of Cabaret, with Hathaway hosting and performing a concert version of the popular Kander and Ebb musical.
