The Public Theater has offered this first look at the love triangle between Brian d’Arcy James, Kate Baldwin, and P.J. Griffith in their upcoming production of Giant, Michael John LaChiusa and Sybille Pearson’s generation-spanning musical based on the classic novel by Edna Ferber.

James, Baldwin, and Griffith take on the roles of Texas cattle rancher Bick, socialite Leslie Lynnton, and hired farm hand (turned oil tycoon) Jett, made famous in the 1956 film by Rock Hudson, Elizabeth Taylor, and James Dean, respectively.

The musical will run October 26-December 2, with an opening set for November 13.
