The production is comprised of three one-act comedies springing from a different branch of the family tree. In Talking Cure, Ethan Coen uncovers the sort of insanity than can only come from family. In George is Dead, Elaine May explores the hilarity of death. And in Honeymoon Motel, Woody Allen invites you to the sort of wedding day you won't forget.
Melamed has reportedly left the production due to film opportunities, although The Times also reports that he had creative differences with Coen in regards to his performance in Coen's one-act.
Melamed previously worked with Coen in A Serious Man. The actor's additional film credits include Hanah and Her Sisters and Suspect.
