Actor Lou Jacobi Dies at 95

Lou Jacobi, who spent over 40 years appearing on Broadway and in films and television, died on October 23 in Manhattan, according to The New York Times. He was 95 years old.

The Canadian-born actor appeared in 10 Broadway plays, including The Diary of Anne Frank, The Tenth Man, Don’t Drink the Water, and Come Blow Your Horn. His many films include Irma La Douce, Avalon, and Arthur, while his TV credits included Ivan the Terrible and The Dean Martin Show.

He is survived by his brother, Avrom Jacobovitch, and his sister, Rae Gold.
