Slava’s Snowshow will play a limited holiday engagement at the Helen Hayes Theater December 2-January 4, with an opening set for December 7. Victor Kramer will direct.

Created and staged by Slava Polunin, this clown show takes audiences on a 90-minute journey with lots and lots of snow. The performance will feature a cast of ten and a design by Victor Plotkinov, with interactive special effects that reach beyond the proscenium, and culminate in a spectacular blizzard.

The show has received London’s Olivier Award for Best Entertainment, New York’s Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience, Edinburgh’s Festival Critics’ Award, Moscow’s Stanislavski Award, and Australia’s Sir Robert Helpmann Award.
