Melissa Fitzgerald, Winter Miller, John Prendergast, Mira Sorvino, and Jeffrey Wright will participate in the panel discussion, Art and Social Activism: Spotlight on Africa, moderated by Jimmie Briggs, which serves as the opening night event for the Harold Clurman Festival of the Arts, hosted by the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, to run October 17-27. The program will begin with readings of two monologues based on experiences in displaced persons camps in Africa, performed by Ruby Dee and Adenike Thomas.
