Bosco, Jones, Seldes to Pay Tribute to Rex Harrison at MCNY

Philip Bosco, Simon Jones, and Marian Seldes will help pay tribute to the late actor Rex Harrison at a special tribute and symposium in honor of his centenary, to be held at 4pm on Sunday, October 28 at the Museum of the City of New York (Fifth Avenue and 104th Street).

In addition to the symposium, to be moderated by Daily News cultural critic Howard Kissell, the event will include film clips of Harrison’s appearances in My Fair Lady, Night Train to Munich, and Unfaithfully Yours.

Harrison, who died in 1990, won both the Tony Award and the Academy Award for My Fair Lady. He also received the Tony as Best Actor in a Play for Anne of the Thousand Days, a special Tony Award in 1969, and a nomination for his role as Captain Shotover in the 1984 revival of George Bernard Shaw’s Heartbreak House.
