Behind the Emerald Curtain, an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Tony Award-winning musical Wicked, is being offered every Saturday at 10am at the Gershwin Theater.

The tour, which is run by cast members, lasts approximately 90 minutes; it includes a 20-minute film containing special footage from New York and the national tour, and featuring interviews with the show’s cast and creative team.

Tour participants will visit the exclusive “Behind the Emerald Curtain” Museum, which includes an elaborate set model by Tony Award winner Eugene Lee and an up-close look at some of Tony Award winner Susan Hilferty’s costumes, as well as some of the actual props and wigs from the show. The tour also includes a question-and-answer portion with current cast members.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children under 12. They are available for purchase at the merchandise booth in the Gershwin Theatre lobby — for that week’s tour only — during regular box office hours.
