Wilson Cruz Becomes GLAAD's Strategic Giving Officer

Stage and television star Wilson Cruz has joined the staff of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) as its Strategic Giving Officer.

In this capacity, he will help fund GLAAD's work amplifying stories from the LGBT community that build support for equality.

Cruz's stage credits Rent on Broadway and several productions of Jonathan Larsen's tick, tick...BOOM! around the country. He may be best know for his work on the television series My So-Called Life. Among his other credits are television's ER, Noah's Arc, and as a voice talent on Rick & Steve: The Happiest Gay Couple in the World, as well as such feature films as All Over Me, and He's Just Not That Into You.
