Tony and Emmy Award-winner Tyne Daly is among the honorees for the Abingdon Theatre Company‘s annual gala. Entitled Abingdon: Setting the Stage for 20 Years, the event will be hosted by Lucie Arnaz and Laurence Luckinbill at Espace, on Monday, October 29 beginning at 6pm.

Jonathan Hadary and Julie Halston will perform at the gala, which also honors Board Member Sam D. Altman, and Press Representative Shirley Herz.

Daly won a Tony in 1990 for Gypsy, and has also appeared on Broadway in such plays as Rabbit Hole and Master Class. She’s won Emmys for her work in such television shows as Cagney & Lacey, Christy, and Judging Amy.

Proceeds will benefit Abingdon Theatre Company’s mission to develop and produce new plays by American playwrights.
