Full Cast Set for The Exonerated, with Stockard Channing, Brian Dennehy, Brooke Shields

Culture Project has announced full casting for the previously reported production of Jessica Blank and Erik Jensen’s The Exonerated, to run September 15-November 4. Bob Balaban will direct.

Presented in association with The Innocence Project, The Exonerated is the dramatization of the real-life stories of six individuals who were sentenced to death and later freed amidst overwhelming evidence of their innocence.

The complete cast will feature Jim Bracchitta (Prosecutor 2), Amelia Campbell (Sandra Cook), Bruce Kronenberg (Prosecutor 1), Curtis McClarin (David Keaton), April Yvette Thompson (Georgia Hayes), and JD Williams (Robert Earl Hayes) as well as rotating cast members Stockard Channing, Brian Dennehy, Steve Earle, John Forté, K’naan, Delroy Lindo, Lyle Lovett, Chris Sarandon, and Brooke Shields.

In addition, exoneree Sunny Jacobs, whose story is shared within the play, will join the cast September 25-30.
