Estelle Parsons, Larry Pine to Star in La Mama’s Author Directing Author Production
Broadway stars Estelle Parsons and Larry Pine are set to star in La MaMa‘s Author Directing Author (AdA) production, September 28-October 14.
La Mama’s Author Directing Author is a performance of two one-act plays in which two authors direct one another’s plays. Estelle Parsons will lead the cast of Marco Calvani’s Things of This World, and Larry Pine will star in Lovely Head by Neil LaBute.
Parsons is currently starring on Broadway in Nice Work If You Can Get It and received Tony Award nominations for her performances in Morning’s at Seven, Miss Margarida’s Way, And Miss Reardon Drinks a Little, and The Seven Descents of Myrtle.
Pine’s Broadway appearances include Bus Stop, Private Lives, and Angels in America. He has also appeared on television in shows as Gilmore Girls, As the World Turns, and Oz.
