Preston's many stage credits include the Broadway productions of Festen, The Rivals, The Tempest, and Indiscretions. Her television credits include True Blood and Lost, in which she appeared opposite her husband, Michael Emerson.

The series, which begins its fourth season on Sunday, September 30, stars Julianna Margulies, Christine Baranski, Josh Charles, Alan Cumming, Archie Panjabi, Chris Noth, and Mary Beth Peil.

In addition, this season will feature guest appearances by Tony Award and Emmy winner Kristin Chenoweth, Tony winners Nathan Lane and Judd Hirsch, and stage and screen stars Maura Tierney, Marc Warren, Christian Ricci, Miriam Shor, Anabella Sciorra, Rita Wilson, and John Shea, among others.
