Brett Ryback Brings The Kid with The Keys, Featuring Songs by Joe Iconis and Ryan Scott Oliver, to Sterling's Upstairs

Ovation Award-nominated composer Brett Ryback will premiere his new show The Kid with The Keys on Sunday, September 6 at Sterling's Upstairs at The Federal.

The work, which explores prepubescent awkwardness through songs, stories, and the uncorrected lyrics of grade-schoolers, features songs by Ryback, Joe Iconis, Ryan Scott Oliver, and Daniel Maté. Mike Sawitzke will join on guitar, with Max Mueller on cello.

Ryback's composition credits include Liberty Inn: The Musical and The Tavern Keeper's Daughter, as well as the book for Darling. His acting credits include The Lieutenant of Inishmore, The History Boys, and many more.
