Blue Man Group, Green Day to Perform on America’s Got Talent Season Finale

Blue Man Group are to join the lineup of guests slated to perform on the two-hour season finale of NBC’s America’s Got Talent, September 13 at 8 pm.

The group will perform their popular song “Shake Your Euphemism,” which incorporates dozens of alternate words for derrière. Founded by Chris Wink, Phil Stanton and Matt Goldman, Blue Man Group is known for shows that combine music, comedy, and multimedia elements to produce a dynamic form of entertainment. Beginning in October 2012, Blue Man Group will unveil its newest production at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Also performing will be the band Green Day, whose album American Idiot served as the inspiration for the Broadway musical of the same name.

Additional acts set for the finale include Justin Bieber and NE-YO.
