Based loosely on a short story by John Cheever, the work is set in the summer of 1970, as an estranged son unexpectedly arrives at the July Fourth celebrations of a wealthy family in New England.

The cast will feature Darrie Lawrence, Margaret Nichols, Richard Thieriot, and Lynn Wright. The creative team will include Brett J. Banakis (sets), Haley Lieberman (costumes), Bradley King (lights), Stephen Kunken (sound), and Lauren Madden (properties).
