Raul Esparza, Kathleen Marshall, Leslie Uggams et al. Set for Broadway Salutes

Raul Esparza, Kathleen Marshall, Christine Quinn and Leslie Uggams are set to take part in the Broadway League and The Coalition of Broadway Unions and Guilds’ third annual Broadway Salutes, a public celebration honoring the myriad of artists who have helped make Broadway great, to be held in Father Duffy Square on Tuesday, September 20 at 4:30pm.

The event will honor the achievements of professionals celebrating 25, 35, and 50+ years in their respective theatrical craft. Among the 2011 honorees are 25-year inductee Paula Chase, 35-year inductee Pat Dale and 50-year inductee Gerard Burns.

Broadway Salutes recognizes a wide-range of theatre professions — including stagehands, actors, producers, managers, theater owners, press agents, ushers, agents, make-up artists, dressers, designers, directors, choreographers, musicians, casting agents and more — who have dedicated their careers to the Broadway industry.
