The Broadway production of Billy Elliot: The Musical held auditions for ballet girls on Saturday, September 17. Current Ballet Girls Maria May and Briana Fragomeni were on hand to advise the hopefuls and answer their questions.

Based on the 2000 film of the same name, the show tells the tale of a young boy with a dream of being a dancer. The musical features music by Elton John, book and lyrics by Lee Hall, direction by Stephen Daldry, and choreography by Peter Darling.
