Matthew McConaughey, Michael Shannon, Sam Shepard, et al. Set for Mud Movie

Casting has been announced for the new movie Mud, according to Deadline.com. Jeff Nichols is directing the project.
The story centers on two 14-year-old boys who encounter a mysterious fugitive hiding out on an island in the Mississippi and who help the older man avoid being captured so that he may reunite with the love of his life.
The cast will feature stage veterans Michael Shannon, Sam Shepard, Sarah Paulson, and Paul Sparks, along with Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Tye Sheridan, Ray McKinnon, and Joe Don Baker.
