Barnes & Noble in New York City has announced a line-up of artists and authors who will appear in their stores during October.

Highlights of the month include William Shatner signing his book, Shatner Rules (October 6, 12:30pm, 555 Fifth Avenue); ballet star Jock Soto in discussion and signing his book Every Step You Take (October 6, 7pm, 150 East 86th Street); actress Hillary Duff signing her book Devoted (October 10, 6:30pm, 97 Warren Street); Justin Vivien Bond performing from and signing his CD, Dendrophile (October 10, 7pm, 33 East 17th Street); Harry Belafonte signing his book, My Song: A Memoir (October 13, 12:30pm, 555 Fifth Avenue); Linda Evans in discussion and signing her book, Recipes for Life, My Memories (October 13, 7pm, 150 East 86th Street); and Judy Collins in discussion and signing her new book, Suite Judy Blue Eyes: My Life In Music (October 19, 7pm, 33 East 17th Street).
