On Wednesday, September 1, Kenny Solms’ new comedy,
It Must Be Him, officially opened at the Peter J. Sharp Theatre.
Guests at the opening included Anjelica Huston, Joan Rivers, Joel Grey, Phyllis Newman, Amanda Green, Anthony Rapp, Gail Parent, and Sandy Gallin.
The show, which centers on a whiz kid comedy writer from the heyday of variety television who is looking to make a comeback, stars Peter Scolari, Liz Torres, Patrick Cummings, Stephanie D’Abruzzo, Harris Doran, Ryan Duncan, John Treacy Egan, Jonathan C. Kaplan, David Margulies, Alice Playten, Edward Staudenmayer, and Jessica Tyler Wright.
