Jason Edward Cook, Rebecca Dealy, Greg Horton, et al. Set for Gallery Players’ Reefer Madness

The Gallery Players has announced casting and creative team for Reefer Madness, to run October 23 – November 14. Dev Bondarin will direct the production, which will have choreography by Joe Barros and music direction by Brandon Sturiale.

Inspired by the anti-marijuana propaganda film of the mid 1930s, this satirical musical, with book and lyrics by Kevin Murphy and book and music by Dan Studney, tracks the mayhem that ensues when fresh-faced, clean-cut teenagers fall prey to what is described in the movie as society’s “Public Enemy No. 1.”

The company will feature Natalia Barzilai, Laura Elizabeth Brandel, Robert Conte, Jason Edward Cook, Rebecca Dealy, Joshua M. Feder, Greg Horton, Jaygee Macapugay, Katharine Pettit, José Restrepo, Zak Risinger, Michele Scully, and Travis Slavin.

The creative team will include Lilia Trenkova (scenic design), Soule Golden (costume design), Dan Jobbins (lighting design), and Kim Fuhr (sound design).
