Emmy Award winner Jane Lynch will receive the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center’s Rand Schrader Distinguished Achievement Award at the Center’s 39th Anniversary Gala & Auction on Saturday, November 13 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel.

Broadway veteran and Lynch’s Glee co-star Matthew Morrison will be on hand to present the award, while Tony Award winner Lily Tomlin will host the event.

On stage, Lynch was seen in The Real Live Brady Bunch and The Real Live Game Show (both in New York and Los Angeles), and was recently featured in the Off-Broadway production of Nora and Delia Ephron’s Love, Loss, and What I Wore.

She has also appeared in such films as Best in Show and Julie & Julia, and is set to host the October 9 edition of NBC’s Saturday Night Live. Lynch is a Center board member and a veteran of the California AIDS Ride, now known as AIDS/LifeCycle.
