F. Murray Abraham, The Civilians, Robert LePage Added to 2011 ArtsEmerson Season

ArtsEmerson: The World on Stage has announced two pieces of additional programming for its-2011 season.

The Civilians will present their new work In The Footprint: The Battle for the Atlantic Yards, January 19-23 at the Paramount Mainstage, while Robert Lepage’s multimedia work The Andersen Project will play April 15-23 at the Cutler Majestic Theatre.

As previously reported, other highlights of the 2011 season include the Druid Theatre’s production of Martin McDonagh’s The Cripple of Inishman; Elevator Repair Service’s The Sun Also Rises; Peter Brook’s productions of The Grand Inquisitor and Fragments; and Theatre for a New Audience’s production of The Merchant of Venice starring Oscar winner F. Murray Abraham.
