The boxed DVD set Cher: The Film Collection
Included in the set will be Moonstruck, in which the performer delivered her Academy Award-winning turn as Loretta Castorini, and Silkwood, in which she earned an Oscar nomination playing the role of Dolly Pelliker. The other films in the set are Good Times, Chastity, Mermaids, and Tea with Mussolini.
Later this year, Cher will be seen in the film Burlesque. Her other film credits include Mask and The Witches of Eastwick. In 1982, she made her Broadway debut in Come Back to the 5 & Dime Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean.
As previously reported, she will be closing her Cher at The Colosseum show on February 5.
