Stage and screen veteran Bill Brochtrup will join the cast of Lost and Found, to be presented at the Lucille Lortel Theatre as part of the FringeNYC Encores Series, September 18-25. Andrew Block will direct.

The play, written by John Pollono, is about a Boston family of cops whose lives are thrown upside down when a mysterious stranger appears on their doorstep, forcing them to confront issues of love, grief, homophobia and regret.

The cast also features Reiko Aylesworth, Dana Domenick, Joey Gambetta, Jon Krupp, Geraldine Librandi, playwright Pollono, and Casey Predovic, all of whom are repeating their roles from the FringeNYC production.

Brochtrup, who will play Alex, was most recently seen Off-Broadway in Secrets of the Trade. He is also known for his role of John Irvin on TV’s NYPD Blue.
