Paul Alexander to Stage Dracula at Off-Broadway’s Little Shubert Theatre

Paul Alexander will direct Hamilton Deane and John L. Balderston’s version of Bram Stoker’s Dracula in an off-Broadway production scheduled to begin performances at the Little Shubert Theatre in mid-December. Casting and the creative team, as well as specific dates, for this Artists Theatre Group production will be announced at a later date.

Deane and Balderston’s stage version of the classic vampire story premiered in New York in 1927 starring Bela Lugosi. It was most recently revived on Broadway in 1977 in a production starring Frank Langella.
