Kelli O’Hara to Now Return to Broadway’s South Pacific on October 13

Kelli O’Hara will return to the role of Nellie Forbush in Broadway’s South Pacific at the Vivian Beaumont Theater one week later than was previously announced, and will now start performances on October 13.

The three-time Tony nominee, who originated the role in this revival, has been on maternity leave since she left the show last March, giving birth to a son in late June. During her absence Laura Osnes has played the part, and will perform for the final time on October 4. Laura Marie Duncan will play Nellie during the week of October 5.

The cast also features Paulo Szot as Emile deBeque, Danny Burstein as Luther Billis, Loretta Ables Sayre as Bloody Mary, Andrew Samonsky as Lt. Joe Cable, Eric Anderson, Sean Cullen, Christian Delcroix, Murphy Guyer, Luka Kain, Li Jun Li, Laurissa Romain, and Michael Arnold, Becca Ayers, Craig Bennett, Wendy Bergamini, Charlie Brady, Christian Carter, Todd Cerveris, Helmar Augustus Cooper, Margot de la Barre, Laura Marie Duncan, Rob Gallagher, Maryann Hu, Robert Lenzi, Deborah Lew, Peter Lockyer, Garrett Long, Nick Mayo, Liz McCartney, George Merrick, William Michals, Marla Mindelle, Kimber Monroe, Alfie Parker Jr., George Psomas, Greg Roderick Jason Michael Snow, Jerold E.
