Judy Collins, Kelli O’Hara, Steve Tyrell, et al. Set for Café Carlyle’s Fall 2009 Season

The Café Carlyle‘s Fall 2009 programming will kick off with three-time Tony nominee Kelli O’Hara (September 15-26), who will present an evening of music comprised of songs from the Great American Songbook, her Broadway shows including The Light in the Piazza, Sweet Smell of Success, and South Pacific, as well as tunes from her solo CD recording Wonder in the World (Ghostlight Records). She will be accompanied on piano by her musical director Dan Lipton and bass, drums and violin.

The season will also include legendary singer/songwriter Judy Collins (September 29-October 8); husband and wife singing duo John Pizzarelli & Jessica Molaskey (October 13-November 7); and vocalist Steve Tyrell (November 10-December 31). In addition, Woody Allen & The Eddy Davis New Orleans Jazz Band will once again perform on Monday evenings, September 14-December 7.
