Joe's Pub will celebrate its 10th anniversary in October with 10 free concerts, along with a gala tribute to singer Judy Collins.

The Collins tribute, which will be held at the Public Theater on October 10, will be hosted by DJ Pete Fornatale and feature the singer along with such special guests as Rufus Wainwright, Shawn Colvin, and Jimmy Webb. The concert will also be preceded by a dinner at Chinatown Brasserie.

Highlights of the free 10 for the 10th series include The Stew Songbook (October 12 at 9:30pm) featuring Penny Arcade, John Cameron Mitchell, and other stars performing the work of the Tony Award-winning writer of Passing Strange, and Be In: A Night of Music and Love, featuring cast members from the Public's current production of Hair (October 13 at 12:30am). Other free concerts will feature Raul Midon, Jill Sobule, Imani Izuri, Allen Toussaint, Roy Nathanson, and Reggie Watts.
