Banes, Easton, Huffman, Seldes, Smith, et al. Set for Hart to Hart

Cause Celebre will present Hart to Hart, a tribute to the late Kitty Carlisle Hart, beginning at 5pm on Monday, September 22 at the Harvard Club. Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Glaucoma Foundation.

Highlights of the evening, which also include a cocktail reception and dinner, will include an excerpt from Light Up the Sky, written by Moss Hart, to star Lisa Banes, Richard Easton, Cady Huffman, and Marian Seldes, and a performance of The Lady of Larskpur Lotion, a short one-act by Tennessee Williams set in Hart’s hometown of New Orleans, starring award-winning actress Lois Smith.

Other performers and guests for the event will include David Lewis, Dina Merrill, Celeste Holm, Joan Copeland, Betsy von Furstenberg, KT Sullivan, Charles Kimbrough, Beth Holland, Roy Goodman, Hannah Pakula, Schulyer Chapin, Gerald Schoenfeld, and Hart’s children, Catherine and Christopher.
