The Dramatists Guild of America’s DuoLogues series will continue with a conversation between playwrights Theresa Rebeck and A.R. Gurney at 5:30pm on Thursday, September 20, at the Guild’s Frederick Loewe Room (1501 Broadway, Suite 710). This seminar is free to the public, but reservations are required.

Rebeck will guide the conversation, asking Gurney about the rigor, rewards, and beauty of craft. The playwrights will also take audience questions at the end of the evening. Rebeck’s newest play, Mauritius, is on view at Manhattan Theatre Club’s Biltmore Theater. Her other plays include The Scene, The Water’s Edge, and Bad Dates.
Gurney’s The Dining Room is currently being produced by the Keen Company at Theatre Row, and a benefit production of his play Love Letters, starring Bernadette Peters and John Dossett, will take place on Monday, September 24 at New World Stages. His other plays include Crazy Mary, Indian Blood, and Sylvia.
