Ladies Night Out on Broadway Set for October 24

The League of American Theatres and Producers will sponsor the first Ladies Night Out on Broadway on Wednesday October 24.

Fourteen Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, A Chorus Line, The Color Purple, Curtains, Hairspray, Legally Blonde the Musical, Les Misérables, Mamma Mia!, Mary Poppins, Monty Python’s Spamalot, The Phantom of the Opera, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Xanadu, The Fantasticks, and Stomp, will participate in this special event. Xanadu co-stars Mary Testa and Jackie Hoffman will be the official spokespeople.

The evening will include show discounts, post-show-talkbalks and other events, and a free pre-show party to be held at Spotlight Live, which will include a raffle of “Broadway Boots” with proceeds to benefit for the Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative of the Actors’ Fund.
