Two-time Tony Award nominee Alison Fraser will star in Alexander Dinelaris’ play The Chaos Theories, to run October 25-November 17 at the McGinn/Cazale Theater. The production, to be co-directed by Dinelaris and Stewart M. Schulman, will open officially on October 26.

Previously seen in 2002 at Don’t Tell Mama and at the 2004 New York International Fringe Festival, the play is set at a hip downtown eatery where various members of society converge. Dinelaris is the co-author of the popular musical Zanna, Don’t!

The cast will also feature Max Darwin, Todd Gearhart, Ted Koch, Amanda Mantovani, John Rothman, Darcie Siciliano, and Maryann Towne. The creative team features Tema L. Staig (sets), Bobby Pearce (costumes), and David A. Griffith (lighting).

Fraser received Tony nominations for Romance/Romance and The Secret Garden. Her other New York stage credits include Falsettos, Gypsy, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, The Green Heart, Tartuffe, and Dedication or The Stuff of Dreams.
