Johanna Day, Reuben Jackson, Larry Pine, Tim Ransom, and Ana Reeder will co-star in the world premiere of Stephen Belber’s Carol Mulroney at the Huntington Theatre Company. Lisa Peterson will direct the production, which will run October 14-November 20. The official opening is scheduled for October 26.

Carol Mulroney (played by Reeder) is a young woman haunted by her tempestuous past with her father, a situation that affects her relationship with her husband. Belber’s previous works include the Broadway play Match and the Off-Broadway hits McReele and Tape. Among Peterson’s Off-Broadway credits are The Batting Cage, The Fourth Sister, and Birdy.

Day received a Tony Award nomination for her performance in Proof. Jackson appeared on Broadway in the Roundabout Theater production of The Lion in Winter. Pine’s Broadway credits include Angels in America and Bus Stop. Ransom recently served as artistic director of the Naked Angels Theater Company. Reeder was in the cast of the Obie-winning Small Tragedy and appeared on Broadway in Sight Unseen.
