ATW Announces Big River Seminar

The American Theatre Wing’s next “Working in the Theatre” seminar will be held on Thursday, September 18, from 11am to 1pm and will feature cast and crew members from the acclaimed Roundabout Theatre Company/Deaf West Theatre production of Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.

Present for the event will be performers Tyrone Giordano (Huckleberry Finn), Daniel Jenkins (Mark Twain and the voice of Huckleberry Finn), and Phyllis Frelich (Miss Watson and Sally Phelps), as well as director-choreographer Jeff Calhoun, Deaf West Theatre producing director Bill O’Brien, and Roundabout artistic director Todd Haimes. Theodore Chapin of the Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization will moderate.

The seminar will be held at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, 365 Fifth Avenue at 34th Street. Tickets will be distributed to reservation holders 45 minutes prior to the event.
