Sean J. Quinn's new dark comedy Money Grubbin' Whores will play a four-week engagement at the Lion Theatre at Theatre Row. Directed by Brian Cichocki, the production begins previews September 25, with opening night set for September 30.
Money Grubbin' Whores follows a couple, plumber Matt and his Israeli wife, Aviva, as they broker a messy divorce mediated by Matt's best friend and Aviva's cousin. The company is led by Adam Mucci as Matt and Carmit Levité as Aviva, with James Andrew O'Connor, Penny Bittone, and Michael Billingsley.
The creative team includes scenic designer Patrick J. Rizzotti, lighting designer Paul Hudson, costume designer Autie Carlisle, and props designer Kathy Fabian/Propstar.
