Tonya Pinkins, Michael Musto, Joe Iconis, and More Celebrate Sex and the City at 54 Below

Broadway talent will join Justin Sayre and the International Order of Sodomites at 54 Below for their monthly Meeting.

Justin Sayre’s comedy/variety show The Meeting, which recently moved to 54 Below for a six-month run, has announced that its August edition will celebrate the hit HBO series Sex and the City. Special guest performers will include Tony Award winner Tonya Pinkins (Caroline, or Change), theater columnist Michael Musto, singer/songwriter Joe Iconis (Smash), and Jake Boyd (Rock of Ages). Jeff Hiller (Love’s Labour’s Lost), cabaret singer Molly Pope, Jack Ferver, and John Early have also joined the cast.

The next show is set for Wednesday, August 28, at 9:30pm, with the season’s remaining performances offering tributes to Liza Minnelli (September 25), Dreamgirls (October 30), and Grey Gardens (November 20), as well as an annual Holiday Spectacular scheduled for December 18.
