Mo Brady and Nikka Graff Lanzarone’s newest episode of The Ensemblist, an inside look at the experience of being a Broadway performer, has been released. This fourth episode features interviews with Stephen Carrasco (Kinky Boots), Paloma Garcia-Lee (Nice Work If You Can Get It) and Courtney Reed (In the Heights), three actors who have replaced in the companies of Broadway shows.

Carrasco, Garcia-Lee, and Reed will talk about their auditions, their rehearsals, and the creative process involved in replacing. Carrasco shares an amazing story about his put-in for Billy Elliot, and Garcia-Lee mentions her quick turnaround from rehearsal to stage in The Phantom of the Opera.

New episodes of The Ensemblist can be downloaded every two weeks. Upcoming episodes will feature Broadway performers doing double duty and more.
