The Castillo Theatre to Present American Premiere of Katori Hall’s Children of Killers

The Castillo Theatre is set to present the American premiere of award-winning playwright Katori Hall’s Children of Killers, September 21-October 28.

Children of Killers is set 15 years after the Rwandan genocide and follows a group of teenage friends as many of their fathers are being released from prison where they have been serving time for their roles in the mass killings of their Tutsi neighbors.

Hall’s play The Mountaintop recently played on Broadway. Her other plays include Hoodoo Love, Hurt Village, and Freedom Train.
