The 2012 Radio City Christmas Spectacular to Present "Christmas in August"

The 2012 Radio City Christmas Spectacular will officially kick off its holiday season with “Christmas in August,” celebrating 85 years of the Rockettes performing in New York City, August 14 at 11am.

The show will include a visit from Santa Claus and a costume retrospective showcasing memorable Rockettes styles through the years, culminating in a high energy performance by the Rockettes themselves.

In addition, fans will have the opportunity to take part in the celebration by sending their best wishes to the Rockettes at radiocitychristmas.com or through social media channels. Then, prior to the event, New York City will be blanketed with aerial skywriting messages.
