Michael McKean Set for A Thurber Carnival Benefit

Stage and screen star Michael McKean will be featured in the Pearl Theatre Company's benefit presentation of James Thurber's A Thurber Carnival, to be held on Monday, October 1 as part of the company's celebration of its new home, PTC Performance Space, on 42nd Street.

McKean most recently appeared on Broadway in Gore Vidal's The Best Man, until an off-stage injury forced him to depart the production. His many other stage credits include Superior Donuts, Hairspray, King Lear, Harps & Angels, A Second Hand Memory, and Our Town. His many film and television credits include This is Spinal Tap, Best in Show, and Laverne & Shirley.
