Broadway veterans Lauren Molina and Jason Tam will star in Keen Company’s revival of Marry Me a Little, to run September 11-October 21 at Theatre Row’s Harold Clurman Theatre. Jonathan Silverstein directs the production, which features choreography by Dan Knechtges and musical direction by John Bell.

Utilizing cut and unknown songs from several of Stephen Sondheim’s famous musicals (Follies, A Little Night Music, and Anyone Can Whistle), Marry Me a Little, which features conception by Craig Lucas and Norman René, tells the story of two lonely strangers who pass the time one Saturday night by indulging in their secret fantasies, never knowing that they’re just one floor away from one another.

New songs interpolated into this production of Marry Me A Little will be “Rainbows” (written for the unproduced Into the Woods film), “Yoo-Hoo!” (cut from Sunday in the Park with George), and “Ah But Underneath” (added to the London premiere of Follies). They replace “Two Fairy Tales,” “Pour La Sport,” and “Uptown, Downtown,” respectively).

The creative team includes Steven Kemp (scenic design), Jennifer Paar (costume design), Josh Bradford (lighting design), and Ricola Willie (prop design).

Molina’s Broadway credits include Rock of Ages and John Doyle’s Sweeney Todd. Tam’s has been seen in Lysistrata Jones and A Chorus Line.
