As previously reported, Chenoweth is currently recuperating after an injury she sustained while filming an episode of the CBS drama The Good Wife. She will appear on the series' season premiere.

Chenoweth won a Tony for her performance as Sally Brown in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown and has appeared on Broadway in Wicked, Promises, Promises, and The Apple Tree. She won an Emmy for her work on the ABC series Pushing Daisies and recently starred in the network's GCB.
