Janet Hubert Brings One-Woman Show Broadway to TV Now Back to Me to Laurie Beechman Theatre

Janet Hubert, best known as the original Vivian Banks on the sitcom Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, will bring her new one-woman show, Broadway to TV Now Back to Me to the Laurie Beechman Theatre on October 12 at 7:30pm. Rob LaRocco serves as musical director.

Hubert has appeared on television in The Jamie Foxx Show, The Bernie Mac Show, Gilmore Girls, and Friends, on stage in Regina Taylor’s play Crowns, and in the recent film For Colored Girls. A long-time health activist, she has worked with The National Osteoporosis Foundation, National Minority Health,
and Bio. Her memoir, Perfection is Not a Sitcom Mom was recently released.
